Business guidelines

1. Principle
No refunds will be issued for consulting and IT services already provided.

2. Cancellation before project start
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the project starts. After that, any expenses incurred may be charged.

3. Termination of ongoing projects
If the customer cancels the order, all services rendered up to that point will be fully billed.

4. Digital Content
For digital products (e.g. downloads), no refunds will be issued once delivery has been made.

5. Services not rendered
Unfulfilled services will be reviewed and, if the claim is justified, credited proportionally.
