Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all consulting, cloud and IT services provided by our company to business customers.

2. Services
The scope of services is determined by the individual offer. Consulting services are provided without a guarantee of a specific outcome.

3. Customer cooperation
The customer will provide all necessary information, access, and data in a timely manner. Delays due to a lack of cooperation will extend deadlines accordingly.

4. Remuneration
Prices are based on the offer and are subject to statutory VAT. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

5. Confidentiality
All confidential information of both parties will be treated with strict confidentiality.

6. Liability
Liability exists in cases of intent and gross negligence; in cases of slight negligence, liability exists only in the event of a breach of essential obligations and is limited to foreseeable damage.

7. Termination
The notice period is 14 days, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.

8. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as permissible – the registered office of our company.
